They will be running on February

Thamesmead’s flagship exercise programme, Now’s the Time, is offering free taster sessions on boxercise, circuits, zumba and cycling next week.

On February 5, the free half-hour fitness sessions will be running in the evening, to help promote the range of exercise classes available in Thamesmead.

They will be based at the Sporting Club in Thamesmead.

A spokesperson for Now’s the Time Thamesmead said: “Hundreds of Thamesmead residents are participating in our programme every month and we want to build upon this – encouraging those same people to try new classes and for those who haven’t yet joined, to get involved. There isn’t a better time to start getting fit.”

The schedule for the evening runs as:

7pm Boxercise,

7.30pm Circuits (Total Tone)

8pm Zumba Gold and

8.30pm Indoor Cycling.
