Police would like to talk to man in connection with accident

British Transport Police (BTP) officers have released two CCTV images of a man they wish to speak with after a woman was barged into on a platform at London Victoria station.

It happened on platform two on October 16 as the man and woman, who were not together, got off a train from Ramsgate just after 12.30pm.

As the 33 year old woman from Gillingham turned and walked in the opposite direction along the platform, a man crashed into her, causing a fractured shoulder and elbow.

Detective constable Michael Stephenson said: “The woman suffered a painful injury and I’d like to speak to anyone who saw what happened.

“It is possible that the man in the CCTV image may have been a witness so I would urge him to come forward.”
