Gun shots allegedly fired in Sidcup road

Multiple gun shots were allegedly fired in a Sidcup road on Monday.

Police responded to reports of shots fired at around 5pm in Maidstone Road, but found no one injured.

Two men, aged 24 and 48, have been arrested on suspicion of firearms offences and remain in police custody at a south London station.

The MPS Trident Gang Command are investigation the incident, and enquiries are continuing.

Anyone who witnessed the shots being fired, or has any information, should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
