VOLUNTEERS are needed to build a hibernation place for reptiles.

VOLUNTEERS are needed to build a hibernation place for reptiles.

Lenses Abbey Conservation Volunteers (LACV) need help creating a reptile hibernacula in Abbey Wood next Sunday, in two sessions at 10am and 1pm.

Both groups will begin at the information centre near Lesnes Abbey and LACV will provide the tools, safety equipment, hot drinks but not lunch.

The home for the slow worms and lizards will be built on the on the heath using the £345 grant the group go from the Co-operative group community fund.
