Struggling to connect? 19,000 homes and businesses will be able to access new fibre optic broadband

Plans to expand fibre broadband into the borough are scheduled over the next two years.

More than 19,000 homes and businesses will be able to access the internet at much faster rates, in plans spread across the city.

Plans announced by BT say the roll out will increase overall fibre availability across London to 95 per cent.

London borough of Bexley leader, Teresa O’Neill OBE praised the plans:

“This is a substantial investment and a real vote of confidence in the borough. I know our residents and businesses in the additional areas where fibre broadband is being delivered will be very pleased.”
