A 50-year-old man arrested in Welling in connection with the murder of Drummer Lee Rigby in Woolwich will face no further action.

On May 27, the suspect was arrested in Upper Wickham Lane on suspicion of conspiracy to murder five days after Drummer Rigby was stabbed to death, allegedly by Michael Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale.

The 50-year-old was later bailed to return to a police station on a date in August, then rebailed to a date in October.
