Caroline Pidgeon was in Bexleyheath on Saturday

The Lib Dem’s Mayor of London candidate Caroline Pidgeon was in Bexley on Saturday.

Ms Pidgeon made a flying visit to Sidcup after setting up a stall in Bexleyheath, where she outlined her party’s plans to slash rail fares in half for commuters travelling before 7.30am.

She was joined by Bromley and Bexley’s London Assembly candidate for the Lib Dems, Julie Ireland.

During their campaign, both candidates outlined the Lib Dem manifesto for the upcoming election on May 5.
