Man found unconscious on pavement after Bexley Road attack

A 22-year-old man was found lying unconscious on the pavement after being attacked in Northumberland Heath.

The attack happened in Bexley Road, at about 11.15pm last Friday outside the Pizza Hut, leaving the victim with head and facial injuries.

On Tuesday a 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of assault and taken to a south London police station where he was bailed pending further enquiries.
