A BURGER bar customer who spat in a McDonalds employee's face when he told him the restaurant was closed has been jailed for two months.
Salman Dahir, 25, of Devonshire Drive, Greenwich, admitted common assault after he swore at staff member Miguel Malicia and told him he would use him to "mop the floor" after being refused a Big Mac.
He spat at the victim, leaving him with saliva dribbling down his face, in the fast food branch in Lewisham High Street, on August 9.
Dahir was jailed for two months last Wednesday at Woolwich Crown Court.
Prosecutor Gregor McKinley said that Dahir started swearing at Mr Malicia, when he told him the restaurant was closed.
He told him: "You are a motherf***er.
"I'm going to take you and mop the floor with you."
After calling the victim a 'c***' and a 'w***er', Dahir spat in his face and stormed out of the restaurant.
The court heard that the defendant is already serving a prison sentence for a separate offence, and will be released in a month.
