Darren Nunn 38, of Mount Road, Crayford, appeared at Woolwich Crown Court on Monday charged with the GHB of the boy after the incident on June 20, in the same road where Mr Nunn lives.

He has been released on unconditional bail and is due to appear at the same court for a plea and case management case on Thursday, August 5.

A 16-year-old was also charged with common assault in connection to the same incident.

He was due to appear at Bexley Magistrates Court yesterday to enter a plea, having been bailed at the same court after an initial hearing a day after the alleged incident.
