Man who stabbed himself in Sidcup dies in hospital

A man who stabbed himself in the stomach outside Sidcup Library on Thursday has died.

Emergency services were called to Hadlow Road at around 3.10pm last week after receiving reports of a man suffering from multiple stab wounds.

The man, thought to be in his 20s, was taken to an east London hospital by the London Air Ambulance where his condition remained stable until yesterday evening.

Police are not seeking anyone in connection with the incident.
