Pupils at a Welling school will have a new milk monitor on Tuesday - Old Bexley and Sidcup MP James Brokenshire.

The politician will be at Eastcote Primary School in Eastcote Road to mark World School Milk Day, designed to teach pupils about the importance of drinking milk and the nutritional benefits.

In the UK, an estimated 1.5 million children under the age of five receive free milk every day, while pupils aged five to 11 receive subsidised milk.
