More than 60 cannabis plants found inside Bexley flat

Police remain on scene

Kent Police officers have discovered more than 60 cannabis plants inside a flat in Bexley.

Officers were called to the flat in Old Bexley Lane just before 7pm on Tuesday following reports of suspicious activity.

The flat was being used a factory to grow at least 65 plants, with lighting equipment also found on scene.

Police remain on scene.
