Cllr Gareth Bacon has stepped down from cabinet

The borough of Bexley has some new faces in charge.

Cllr Alex Sawyer has taken over as deputy leader of the council and has also assumed the new role of cabinet member for traffic and transport.

Cllr Peter Craske has taken on the new role of cabinet member for community safety, environment and leisure.

Cllr Massey is the new cabinet member for finance and corporate services.

Cllr Gareth Bacon has stepped down from the cabinet after taking on the role of chairman of the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority.

All other cabinet positions are unchanged.
