The victim was hit over the back of the head

Police are looking to speak to a man in connection with a violent robbery which happened in the on a Sidcup road.

A 35-year-old man reported he was being followed down Blackfen Road after visiting £220 from a cash point earlier that day.

The victim claimed the suspect hit him over the back of the head in Blackfen Parade, causing him to fall over.

As he was on the ground, the suspect ran off towards Bexley Village with the money.

The suspect (pictured) is described as a white man, with a large build and 5ft 10ins tall. He was wearing a long black coat, beige trousers, white trainers and a dark coloured beanie hat.
