A TRIAL date has been set for a man charged with causing grievous bodily harm to three people following a shooting outside a pub.

A TRIAL date has been set for a man charged with causing grievous bodily harm to three people following a shooting outside a pub.

Thomas Scott, 28, of Tormount Street, Plumstead, appeared at Woolwich Crown court on May 5 charged with three counts of GBH with intent.

The charge relates to a shooting outside the North Pole Bar in Greenwich High Road on February 21 at around 2.30am.

The bar owner Osman Zinnureyin, 35, was shot in the foot, along with a doorman and a female customer.

All three victims were taken to hospital by ambulance in stable non-life threatening conditions.

Scott was remanded in Belmarsh prison in Thamesmead until he next appears at Woolwich Crown Court on May 27 for a plea hearing. His trial is due to start on August 10.
