TEEN pop princess Miley Cyrus has made musical history after breaking the record for the largest ever attendance at the O2.

The 17-year-old Hannah Montana star attracted an audience of over 16,000 fans to her concert on Saturday, December 19.

All 10 of her UK dates for her Wonder World tour told out in 10 minutes. Her new record means her show was more successful than the likes of iconic musicians such as Coldplay and Bon Jovi.

The record breaker came on the third night of a five-show run at the Greenwich dome which also celebrated becoming the world's most popular music venue in the world in November, having sold four times as many tickets as New York's Madison Square Garden in the past month.
