Youngsters from Lessness Heath Primary School in Belvedere took part in silly sporting activities like space-hoppering to raise money for Comic Relief.

PE staff will be running a variety of half and full marathons in the coming weeks for various causes so pupils lent their support by doing a funrun around the school grounds today.

To add to the fundraising bonanza, some of the PE staff also ran non-stop for three hours.
