Polce are chasing the suspects who escaped in a car


Three hammer and axe-wielding men smashed into a jewellers in Bexleyheath this afternoon.

It happened at Nikolas Patrick, a pawnbroker and jeweller, on Bexleyheath Broadway.

Police were called at 3.10pm and said the three men took items from the shop and fled in a car.

The Flying Squad, Met Police’s specialist crime and operations section, is investigating.
