A MAN accused of stabbing a Body Shop security guard has pleaded guilty to attempted murder.

A MAN accused of stabbing a Body Shop security guard has pleaded guilty to attempted murder. Simon Ochen, of Gilbert House, McMillan Street, Deptford, admitted trying to kill Robleh Adam, 24, from Woolwich, on Monday.

Mr Adam, who worked at the Body Shop, in Powis Street, Woolwich, suffered a punctured lung when he was stabbed in Landsdowne Lane, Charlton, on February 24.

Ochen, who turned 24 in July while remanded in custody, is to be sentenced at the Old Bailey on October 17.
