Staff at Sidcup contact centre win awards

Staff at the contact centre of a housing association are delighted to have received two prestigious awards.
Lynne Humm and Kelly Vadesh both work at the Sidcup contact centre of the L&Q housing association, Lynne as a direct customer relations manager and Kelly as a customer service manager.
Lynne was awarded “Best Customer Relations Manager” at the UK National Contact Centre Awards and Kelly won “Best Contact Centre Manager” award at the South East Contact Centre Awards.
Lynne said: “We work very hard as an organisation to ensure resident satisfaction. Kelly and I are delighted to have won and will use this success to continue to motivate us and our team to raise the bar even higher for our customers.”
Kelly added: “I’m delighted to have received these awards, the recognition and success has been shared with my team, the Customer Service Helpdesk, whose focus and commitment makes my job a pleasure.”
Gary Robson, L&Q Direct’s Head of Customer Service, said: “These are national awards and are very keenly contested so we are all very proud of both Lynne and Kelly’s success. It is a real benefit to the team having such excellent managers. They do a great job for their colleagues and our residents.”
