Student faces murder charge

A STUDENT appeared in court last Thursday, charged with the murder of 15-year-old Sunday Essiet.

A STUDENT appeared in court last Thursday, charged with the murder of 15-year-old Sunday Essiet.

Adeniyi Oloyede, 19, of Corralline Walk, Abbey Wood appeared at Greenwich Magistrates' Court charged with the murder of Mr Essiet in Invermore Place, Plumstead, on February 19. He was remanded in custody and is due to reappear at Central Criminal Court on June 13.

He is the third person to be charged with the murder after Myles Maddy, 18, of Carronade Place, Thamesmead and Ademola Docherty, 19, from Plumstead, were previously charged.
