Event will take place at Sidcup Youth Centre

Games and activities for all the family will be on offer at a fun day at Sidcup Youth Centre on bank holiday Monday.

Go karting, archery, bouncy castles, arts and crafts, gymnastics and other sports will be among the activities, as well as a motorbike workshop, a barbecue and a raffle.

The event is being organised by student James Lee, who is studying broadcasting and communications at North West Kent College, as part of his course.

He said: “We are hoping to invite the mayor and councillors so they can see what an impact the centre has on the people who use the club’s facilities.”

The event will run from 10am to 2pm at Sidcup Youth Centre in Burnt Oak Lane.
