A TEENAGER was shot in the head with an air gun.

A TEENAGER was shot in the head with an air gun.

The 14-year-old boy was shot with a pellet gun at the junction with Wren Road and Heathside Road, Sidcup at around 3.30pm on Friday, May 16.

He was walking home from school with friends, when he was shot.

He has now fully recovered after being taken to Queen Mary's Hospital, Sidcup, with a wound to the back of his head.

Police believe it was a 'random use of an air weapon'.
