Thamesmead is holding its first charity fun run this Saturday.

Thamesmead is holding its first charity fun run this Saturday.

The 5k run will raise money for the Greenwich and Bexley Community Hospice – and there will be cash prizes of up to £100 for the winning teams.

The run will start at 10am at Sporting Club Thamesmead and will go around

Crossway Park and along the Ridgeway to Southmere Park and back again.

Entry is £3 per person, or £10 for a team of four people. Families can also opt for just a one-mile run around Crossway Park for £1 per person.
