A TUDOR-style concert is due to be held in a renovated mansion next week.

A TUDOR-style concert is due to be held in a renovated mansion next week.

The Great Hall in Hall Place in Bourne Road, Bexley will be going back to its roots by playing host to a chamber choir dressed in period costume next Sunday (10) at 6.30pm.

Doors open at 6pm where The Friends' Musick are set to perform from their repertoire which spans 500 years of choral music.

The concert will explore the time of Shakespeare in music and words, with madrigals and readings from the Bard and his contemporaries.

Tickets are £12 per person and they include a glass of wine or juice and can be bought by contacting 01322 621238.
