Volunteer Police Cadets are out with Santa’s sleigh in Bexley this week, spreading Christmas cheer and collecting for local causes

The cadets have been volunteering their time after school or college to help the Rotary Club of Erith in its festivities.

Santa’s sleigh and his cadet helpers will be delighting young and old over the coming nights around the streets of Bexleyheath, Belvedere and Erith.

PC Darren Tester from Bexley Police said: “The cadets have given up their own time after school to help out and this is another example of the excellent work that they do to support Bexley police, the local community and local charities.”
