Vulnerable Sidcup woman missing after boarding wrong bus in Bexleyheath

A vulnerable woman from Sidcup has been missing since she boarded the wrong bus in Bexleyheath yesterday afternoon.

Maria Harris, 47, of Hatherley Road, mistakenley boarded the 486, at the Clock Tower, and got off at the O2 Arena when she was last seen at around 2pm.

Officers are becoming increasingly concerned as Maria has severe learning difficulties and does not usually travel on her own. She is also without money, her mobile phone and Freedom Pass.

She is 5ft 4in tall, weighs around 16 stone and has short, dark brown hair. She wears black plastic framed glasses and was last seen wearing a black top with white swirls on it. She also had on black trousers, a black cardigan and was carrying two Iceland shopping bags.

Anyone with any information on Maria’s whereabouts should call Bexley Police on 101, or Missing People on 116 000.
