Welling United will face a baptism of fire on their return to the Conference Premier for the first time in 13 years - with a trip to last season’s beaten play-off finalists Wrexham.

They travel to Wales on August 10 before facing two home games in the space of four days against Cambridge United and Grimsby Town, another team who were in the top five last season.

The Wings face fierce rivals Dartford twice over the Christmas holidays - travelling to Princes Park on Boxing Day before welcoming the Darts to Park View Road on New Year’s Day.

They end the season with a home game against Southport on April 26.

Welling’s first pre-season game is at home against Charlton Athletic on Saturday (July 6). Kick-off is 3pm.
