Violet DeSousa, 81, from Sidcup:

I have always voted Conservative.

I do not know what their manifesto is about yet. I am so fed up of Labour.

Retired Muriel Colwthorne, Sidcup:

I am sick to death of Labour. They seem to be more interested in helping the youngsters than helping older people.

Watchmaker Martin Baker, 48, from Dartford:

I will probably vote Conservative. Gordon Brown's party have tried to 'out' him three times and he's still there.

Retired engineer Eric Harden, 82:

I vote Conservative. Labour have absolutely ruined this country by all sorts of things. For example, with immigration. We are absolutely flooded."

Mary Darlison, 90, from Sidcup:

I am a Conservative voter. I will probably vote Conservative because they are more in keeping with how I think."

Temp worker Sharon Wheeler, 47:

I have always voted Labour but I am thinking of voting Conservative because of the war in Iraq. Soldiers are not being fully equipped or trained. The NHS hasn't improved that much.

Takeway owner Ali Aysal, 41, from Sidcup:

Last time I voted Labour but now I am not sure. London rents and rates are going up and I own a shop.
