Mencap hoping for cash to help people with learning disabilities or autism find work

Bexley Mencap is appealing for votes from the public to help it win a grant.

The charity is hoping to win cash for its Working for Work project, which helps people with a learning disability or autism find work.

It has been shortlisted for a grant from the Royal Bank of Scotland’s skills and opportunities fund - but it needs as many votes as possible to win.

To vote, visit www.skillsandopportunitiesfund.natwest.com/vote/vote-within-region-south-east.html before noon on Friday.
