A MAN is in a serious condition in hospital after he was assaulted outside a pub.

A MAN is in a serious condition in hospital after he was assaulted outside a pub.

Police were called to the attack at 5.40pm last Friday at the car park to the rear of the Red Lion Public House, Foots Cray High Street, Sidcup where they found a man with serious head and facial injuries.

The victim, a 32 year-old-man, was taken to a South London hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition.

The man is white, bald, aged about 30 and around 6ft 1in and was wearing a striped blue tee shirt and blue shorts.
